Typically 45 to 75 minutes depending on regrowth amount and color complexity. Appointment includes consultation, precise root application, processing, shampoo, and a professional blow-dry with finishing style so you leave polished and ready for whatever’s next.

We aim for seamless matching, but results can vary with previous color processes, gray coverage needs, or drastic shade differences. Your stylist performs a consultation and may recommend a different technique or color adjustment to achieve optimal, long-lasting match.

Most clients return every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain a flawless root line. Frequency depends on hair growth rate, contrast with natural color, and desired upkeep. Your stylist will personalize the schedule to balance longevity and hair health.

Minor tone adjustments are possible during a root touch-up, but major color changes or lightening typically require a full color service. Discuss your goals during consultation so we can determine whether a touch-up, gloss, or full color appointment best achieves the desired result.

We recommend an allergy patch test for any new color client at least 48 hours before service. A strand test can also be performed to preview shade and processing. If you've previously colored here, we’ll advise based on your service history and product use.

Use color-safe, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, avoid hot tools immediately, and wait 48 hours before heavy washing or sweating. Protect color with UV protection and a leave-in treatment. Schedule regular root touch-ups and toning glosses to keep color vibrant longer.
